·         1 or more years of programming in Java or .NET on a real application

Communications skills (able to share information with team members, collaborate, discuss with clients)

·         English (not required but a definite plus)

·         Loves programming and technology

·         Professional attitude and work style

·         Hard working, can work without sleeping, chatting on IM, and has the ability to concentrate

·         Communication skills ( able to share information with team members, collaborate, discuss with the clients)
